Follow my suggestion for moderate workout - you will be fine !!

Note: Tớ bị trặc vai sau khi diving theo trái banh trong khi chơi bóng chuyền - I get painful for 1 day - after that my shouder is OK . I am back to normal training in Võ Đạo : 2.5 hrs daily !
