Your problem is more severe than I thought - sorry !
1. Stop all exercise (as I show and yours) for few days !
2. Do the followings:
- stretching (such as tai chi or yoga) 10 minutes
- walking 10 mn
- inhale/exhale (hi't va`o tha^.t sa^u va` tho*? ra) : 10 X to 20X
- massage on thighs: 10 mn
