Fetal cell lines were only used during development and testing of the vaccine, to make sure that it works.
Fetal cell lines are cells descending from original cells harvested long ago from 2 particular abortions in the Neverthlands. They're not from recent abortion:
(The reason these cell lines are used, is because they have specific property unlike other stem cells: 1/ they're immortal and can divide forever, and 2/ they don't grow into specific organs like normal stem cells. In other words, they're abnormal stem cells, and wouldn't have resulted in a normal fetus.
