According to retired intel operative Tony Shaffer who worked with Trump staff, President Trump and his staff in 6/2020 already foresaw that Biden & Harris and DNC would cheat in the 2020 election. They planned the ballots with watermarks. So, the early ballots. that do not have watermarks or different watermarks, could be easily identified !
