TOI I agree with you that it is difficult to prosecute Trump at the federal level when he becomes a private citizen since it is unprecedented to do that. I just think he will be in trouble because he made too many enemies in the intelligent communities! He still can run in to problems at he state level though. Note: Remember the head of the IRS was appointed by Trump!! yup...so practically, all bases are already covered!!!!
With the same logical chain of thoughts, the presidential election fraud investigation (if we have one! Trump definitely loves one!) wont reverse the result!! Ballot Irregularities will be found, and nothing more than that! yup.. that is the way politics work! USA still needs to deal with other nations, remember that !!!
